Are you Missing your Beach Vacations this Quarantine? Here are 5 tips to tackle your Beach Anxiety.

Hey everyone! This is your "The Courageous Blogger" aka TCB welcomes you to my first ever Blog.

As everyone is trapped under a rock in this pandemic and doesn’t know where to go, whether to go out, Is this even safe outside? And many more thoughts crossing your mind every second. Apart from all these things there will be some people like me who are obsessed with the beaches and being quarantined for more than 4 months now would be having weird anxiety of beaches also known as the ‘beach anxiety’, here are a few ways to tackle that:

1. Keep your Phone and Desktop Wallpaper of Beaches

I know this sounds very childish, but trust me this works like magic. Some of us have the same backdrops from ages but as we all know with this work from home situation you have to keep on seeing your mobile phones and PC’s and if you put some Beach images it will definitely soothe your anxiety. Below are some of my favorite images:

2. Do a Fake Tanning

Now the major part of going onto your beach vacation is returning with the tan. Why don’t you tan your body at home; I know such a great idea right? Thank me in the comments down below. Get your favorite tan lotion from any e-commerce websites as the delivery as started in all the zones, and take a bath in it. Pro tip- Don’t use white towels.

3. Get Clicked

Now all of you must be like get clicked in what TCB. Hold on people, get clicked in your swimsuits, long gowns, beach hats, sipping a margarita maybe. Tell your husbands, boyfriends, parents, siblings, girlfriends, friends, anyone and everyone to click you some pictures while you wear your favorite beach dresses with flowing hairs. Oh gosh! you can find me on Instagram @thecourageousblogger or you can click the link https://www.instagram.com/thecourageousblogger/

4. Make Your House Feel Like a Spa

Whenever you visit a beach place you always end up in a SPA session, right? Then why don’t you do a DIY spa at home? Interesting, first and foremost convert your bathroom into a spa room by adding hot water to your bathtub, add some bath bombs, Epson salt would also be a good idea, if you are a fan of bubble bath then you can have a bubble bath at your bathtub with your loved ones. But before taking a nice hot water bath remember to get a hot oil massage. If you live with your parents tell your mother/father to do your massage as you used to get in your childhood and you do their massage. If you live with your boyfriend, girlfriend, husband, or wife do it with them. After enjoying the massage session relax in your bathtub.

Below are the links of some bath bombs:

5. Convert Your Bedroom into a Luxury Room

As silly as it sounds, it’s the absolute best for your anxiety. Pull out some white sheets some extra pillows open the windows of your room. Switch ON your air conditioner get yourself inside a blanket feel cozy and either read a book or watch your favorite shows on Netflix.

Or on another note, just a random thought emerged into my head while writing this blog. You can do the above things for your spouse or your parents or friends. This pandemic can be very negative and one way you can make it more positive is by treating the people that are living with you right. You can turn your Parent's room (for example) into a cozy hotel room. And for a day be their butler cook breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner for them, do their laundry, clean your home, arrange some presents for them; this will give then utter joy. And mind my words this will be their best day and they will cherish it forever.

Conclusion

Times are really hard for everyone in the world you can’t blame anyone but the situation. So, be kind to everyone on social media, don’t cut your house help’s salaries, treat everyone the way you want to be treated. Even though you are heartbroken from inside or feeling negative, don’t let your feeling affect the people around you. Thank your mom, wife, or girlfriend for cooking food taking care of you and your children even after considering the fact that she is also working from home. Just give your husband or wife, parents or friends, an appreciation note to make them feel better.

Also, stay tuned I will be posting 3 times a week.
